Open Positions

HVAC Service Technician — Experienced

We’re looking for a licensed or experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with confidence. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly with customers, and using technology to document your work.

Requirements:

  • EPA 608 Certification required
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Valid Alabama driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-facing communication. You’ll be the face of TodayAir on every call.

HVAC Apprentice / Entry-Level Tech

New to the trade or just getting started? We’ll train the right person. If you’re mechanically inclined, a hard worker, and want to learn a skill that pays well and is always in demand, this is your shot.

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn and take direction
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • EPA 608 Certification a plus but not required. We’ll help you get it.

Customer Service / Dispatch

We need someone sharp to be the voice of TodayAir, handling inbound calls, scheduling service, and making sure every customer feels taken care of from the first call to the follow-up. This role is critical, and we take it seriously.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage a busy schedule
  • Customer-first attitude, even when it’s hard
  • Experience with scheduling or service software a plus
  • Local to the Auburn/Opelika area
